Norwood invests in small/mid cap developed markets with a focus on capital light service and sticky profitable enterprise software companies that have long-term high ROIC reinvestment opportunities.  

We focus on proprietary primary research to generate a unique set of qualitative data distilled into 3+ year cash flow models. Our process guides us to a select group of companies with durable competitive advantage and scale, aligned senior management/boards trading at significant discount to intrinsic value.
